one hour a week

Privacy, in plain English

What we hold: your name, your email address, the hours you log (what you did, who you helped, any photo you add), and your pulse answers (two 1–5 scores and an optional word, at signup and monthly).

Who sees what: your hours are visible to your crew and nobody else. Your pulse answers are visible to nobody but you and the site's operator, and are only ever reported in aggregate. There are no public profiles and no cross-crew feeds. The public homepage shows only anonymous totals.

What we send: at most two scheduled emails a week (the prompt and the digest) plus a monthly pulse. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works with one click.

What we don't do: no tracking pixels, no analytics beyond server logs, no advertising, no selling or sharing your data with anyone, ever.

How to leave: email us and we'll delete your account and everything attached to it, promptly and completely. Your crew's digests will simply stop mentioning you.
